This speculative structure was generated from series of drawing/collage studies exploring phenomenal transparency through lines, planes, and torn paper. The drawings were spatially abstracted to define the tower’s form and environment. Its program is a destination tower within the mountains, where the lines and planes of the structure are constantly obscured, reinterpreted and misread through the haze and fog of clouds.
